This services agreement (hereinafter referred to as Order) is made between You (hereinafter User) (the person who has access to or uses “yourlibrary.am” website (hereinafter Site)). In this Order, any reference to “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to “Your Library”, and any reference to “You”, “Your” refers to User.

Your access to and use of the services of the Site are regulated by the Order and You are required to agree to the provisions of the Order.

When filling out the subscription applications on the Site the Customer undertakes to fill in reliable data. The personal information provided by the User is used in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy.

 “Your Library” may modify the Order as well as discontinue, withdraw, replace or change any content, products, or services offered on the Site, with or without cause and with or without notice, and Your continued access, subscription, and use of the Site thereafter constitute Your acceptance of such changes. New conditions for using the Site are mandatory from the moment of their publication.

In case of disputes, the Parties are obliged to initiate an out-of-court settlement procedure based on a written or e-mail application of the claimant, the deadline of which is two weeks from the moment of submitting the claimant's application. Disputes related to the use of the Site are within the jurisdiction of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan.
